Croatia Emerges as Central European Data Hub with NEOIX's Strategic Dual Development

May 21, 2025 – London / NEOIX.AI has unveiled ambitious plans for two complementary data center developments in Croatia, including a 100MW facility in Antunovac and a 50MW center in Novska, positioning the country as a critical connectivity bridge between Western and Eastern European markets. The dual-site strategy capitalizes on Croatia’s EU membership, competitive energy costs, and strategic geographic location.

“Croatia represents one of Europe’s most undervalued opportunities for digital infrastructure development,” explained Hari Slipicevic, CEO of NEOIX. “Our two-facility approach allows us to serve both hyperscale clients requiring massive capacity and enterprises needing edge computing solutions across the Balkans.” The larger Antunovac facility will feature advanced river water cooling technology and serve as a regional hub for AI workloads, while the Novska development will focus on low-latency applications and emerging technologies. Both projects are in final negotiations and expected to commence construction in Q2 2025, with Croatia’s Ministry of Digital Transformation expressing strong support for the developments as part of the country’s digital economy expansion.
